Bodo/Glimt and Monaco will go in search of their wins in this season’s Champions League when the two teams meet on Tuesday night at Aspmyra Stadion.
Both teams have two points to their names from three matches, but the hosts have looked more dangerous in front of goal and playing in front of their own supporters should be a huge bonus.
Bodo/Glimt have not lost at home since June and they are top of the Eliteserien at present after 19 wins from 27 games. They have scored two or more goals in five consecutive matches at home, scoring 20 times in that timeframe.
Monaco have only won two of their away games in all competitions and the Ligue 1 club have struggled to perform on the big stage in recent seasons and Sebastien Pocognoli’s team have not won any of their last Champions League matches.
Bodo/Glimt have not lost any of their last nine matches at home and Monaco lacks consistency. Tottenham, who held Monaco to a goalless draw last time out in Europe, could not find a way past the Norwegian club in a 2-2 draw in September and the Ligue 1 club have not shown any consistency on the road to suggest they can get a result in midweek.
