Accrington are the best bet to beat Newport at home in League Two on Saturday. The visitors have struggled at the back this season, and Accrington manager John Doolan will be hoping to take advantage.
Accrington are four places and four points above Newport in the table. The visitors, bottom of the League Two table, are on eight defeats, two draws and one win after 11 games, while Accrington are 20th with five reverses. This season, three (50%) of the six games between teams in the bottom six have been home wins.
The visitors have been struggling for results lately, with Newport failing to win in nine League Two games and losing their last three matches. They have not tasted victory in any of their last ten away games.
They have been poor defensively this season, with Newport yet to keep a clean sheet after 11 League Two games. They have conceded on each of their last six road trips, conceding ten goals in five away games.
