Walsall are top of League Two, having won eight of their 11 games this season, while hosts Crawley are 21st in the table with just two wins so far but the best bet is both teams to score.
Crawley are on a run of poor form, with three League Two defeats in succession, but Walsall have gone unbeaten on six of their last seven road trips.
Walsall beat Bristol Rovers 2-1 last weekend to bring their opponents’ seven-game unbeaten run in League Two to an end, and maintained their run of matches with both teams scoring. Walsall were priced at 23/20 to win the game and justified their position as favourites.
Both teams have been struggling defensively of late, which suggests there could be goals. Crawley have conceded 20 goals in 11 League Two games this season, while Walsall have gone four games without keeping a clean sheet.
There could be goals for both sides in this one. Both teams have scored in Walsall’s last four League Two games and in five of the last seven meetings between these sides.
The 1-1 draw might be worth a look in the correct-score market. The last two League Two games between Crawley and Walsall have ended in 1-1 draws and seven of the last eight meetings have produced under 2.5 goals.
