Back goals in National League reunion
The best bet is both teams to score in Oldham’s home clash with Barnet on Saturday. The visitors have found the net in their last seven league games, although they only managed to score once in four of those.
Oldham are 11th in League Two, two places above Barnet, but both teams have the same number of points. Oldham have three wins, four draws and two defeats from their nine games, while Barnet have won four, drawn one and lost four.
Oldham beat Bromley 1-0 two weeks ago in their last League Two home game, while Barnet trumped Crewe 2-1 in their last away match two weeks ago.
Barnet will be hopeful of getting on the scoresheet here. They have scored an average of 1.60 goals a game in their five League Two games against top-half teams this season, and have found the net regularly in their away matches.
A 2-1 victory for Barnet looks like a decent correct-score bet between two teams promoted from the National League.
