AC Milan’s confidence should be through the roof after they thrashed rivals Inter Milan 3-0 on Wednesday to secure a spot in the Coppa Italia final and they can play their part in a high-scoring affair with Venezia.
It has been an underwhelming Serie A season for Milan but their semi-final triumph over Inter showed they are still a quality side going forwards and they still have an outside chance of making the European places in Italy.
They won their most recent away fixture in the league 4-0 against Udinese and the goals could flow in Venice on Sunday.
Venezia also have reason to play on the front foot as they are engaged in a fierce relegation battle in Serie A.
