Ipswich remain in control of their own destiny in the Championship, despite sitting third in the table as they chase a top-two finish. The Tractor Boys will have two games in hand on Leeds come Saturday morning and three wins from their final three games will guarantee Ipswich go up.
The Tractor Boys are well-placed for the first of those this weekend, despite heading to seventh-placed Hull. The visitors have the second-best away record in the Championship behind Leicester, while they visit a Hull side who have won just eight of 22 home matches in the league this season. Of those eight wins, five have come against the bottom third of the table.
The Tigers have yet to win at home to any of the top six and they’ve lost six of 10 meetings with those sides overall this season. The hosts have managed one win in their last seven at the KCOM, while Ipswich have 11 wins under their belt away from home including five 1-0 victories.
