Werder Bremen is back in the Bundesliga this season and is playing better than expected. After five played rounds, the hosts have a very good performance of two wins, two draws and one loss, in the penultimate round against Eintracht Frankfurt in a match that marked a large number of goals. Werder quickly recovered from that failure and defeated Bochum 2-0 the previous weekend, and is currently in 8th place in the Bundesliga with 8 points and is not far from the top, as the leader Freiburg and the 2nd Borussia Dortmund are only four points behind. And they don't even know how they managed to win that victory against Leverkusen. Augsburg is struggling in defence, as well as in attack since they conceded 10 goals in the previous five rounds with only 3 goals scored and they will have to find a solution for such inefficiency very quickly, otherwise, the bad results will continue. The guests have big problems with injured players, and how critical the situation is best expressed by the fact that they had only eight changes against Herth, although nine were allowed. Now Augsburg is waiting for a very difficult visit in the north and I think that the home team is a big favourite to win. Considering all the problems the guests are facing, I think that Werder will control tonight's game and win in the end, therefore bet falls on a home win.
