Sampdoria will be hoping to turn a new page in 2023, following a subpar campaign they have had in the first half of the 2022/23 season.
Le Samp sit second from bottom in the Serie A table with just 6 points from the opening 15 outings of the campaign.
The biggest source of problems for them is the lack of attacking creativity and efficiency. Sampdoria have the worst offensive record in the competition by a mile with just 6 goals scored in 15 outings.
